As a Team Creative Controller, I have led the development of creative concepts and campaigns across print, OOH, radio, digital, and television platforms. Working closely with studio and digital teams, I transformed client briefs into compelling visual stories through layouts, storyboards, and creative direction. My role included providing creative leadership and supervision to team members throughout the project lifecycle, guiding them in delivering high-quality creative solutions. I also oversaw production shoots and collaborated closely with photographers and other creative partners to ensure brand consistency, creative excellence, and the successful execution of campaign objectives. I have also contributed to new business pitches by developing innovative ideas and concepts.
